By creating an account or using Phlegethon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Phlegethon, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly permit access to minors.
The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on Phlegethon. Violation of this section will result in immediate and permanent account termination, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any image, depiction, or representation — real, AI-generated, or otherwise — that sexualises or exploits individuals under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited. This includes realistic depictions, animated content, and any material that could reasonably be interpreted as involving a minor in a sexual context.
Non-consensual intimate imagery. Uploading or processing images of real individuals in intimate or sexual contexts without their explicit, documented consent is prohibited.
Hate speech and targeted harassment. Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin is prohibited.
Illegal content. Any content that violates applicable local, national, or international law — including but not limited to laws regarding obscenity, defamation, fraud, and intellectual property — is prohibited.
Impersonation. Using the Service to create deceptive content impersonating real individuals for malicious purposes is prohibited.
Phlegethon is intended for lawful personal and commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload and process complies with all applicable laws and these Terms. Adult content involving consenting adults of legal age is permitted. You bear sole responsibility for the content you submit.
Credits are non-refundable except at our sole discretion in cases of verified processing failures. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that processed images will pass any specific AI detector, as detection systems evolve continuously. Results may vary. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phlegethon and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
