What is a credit?›
One credit processes one image through the Phlegethon engine. The result is stored in your private Forge gallery and can be downloaded at any time.
Do credits expire?›
No. Credits you purchase never expire. Free weekly credits reset each week, but paid credits stay in your account indefinitely.
What payment methods do you accept?›
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cryptocurrency for users who prefer additional privacy. No identity verification is required for either method.
What happens if my image still gets flagged after processing?›
If a processed image still triggers a detector, report it from the result page. Confirmed failures receive a credit refund; unverified, excluded, or previously refunded cases are not eligible.
Can I use Phlegethon for free?›
Yes. Every account gets free credits on signup with no card required. Free credits refresh regularly, making Phlegethon usable at no cost for light usage.
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?›
One-time paid credits never expire and have no recurring charge. Optional Inferno and Inferno Plus plans renew on the weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual cadence you choose at checkout; the exact charge and renewal terms are shown before payment, and you can cancel from Settings.
Can I buy credits in bulk for a lower rate?›
Yes. The per-credit price drops significantly as you buy more. At 500+ credits the rate is $0.28 per image. For 2000+ credits, contact us for a custom bulk rate.
Do I need to provide personal information to sign up?›
We only ask for an email address and a display name. No real name, no phone number, no address. Crypto payments add another layer of anonymity if needed.
